"I recently purchased numbers. I was offered different shipping options. Since is was not in a hurry I chose to save money and have it my mail and it was for $1.00. When it arrived I received a note to pick up at post office. The reason was that there was only $.90 put on a flat rate envelope inwhich the flat rate is $5.60 therefore $4 and some change was due before I could pick up. I believe it may have been cheaper to have it sent ups rather thank USPS. That was really upsetting to find I had to pay so much more before I could pick them up."
