"Easily my worst online buying experience ever. They have a very nice website which is deceiving, I wish I would have checked this site before ordering. I purchased a humidifier that the site claimed was in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. It is over a week now and the humidifier has not shipped yet. Nowonsale keeps telling me that the humidifier is indeed in stock and will be shipping, but they are obviously lying to me. Yesterday I even called and "cancelled" the order. By "cancelled" I mean, they told me the order was cancelled but I didn't get my money back and the order still shows as active on their website. This place is scam site, stay away! "
"Warning: these people have an interesting racket with air conditioners - they state on their website that they don't handle defects or returns, but they sent me one that was rattling around loose in a big carton. This was not the original packaging, and there's no reason to believe that it isn't used. No warranty info, no owners manual, heavily damaged. They don't respond to e-mails and are curt on the phone (they tell you to e-mail, then hang up)"
"They reported the Sony voice recorder with voice recognition software as in-stock but when I called several days later they admitted that it wouldn't be in stock for some time. To their credit they hadn't charged my card yet and cancelled immediately upon my phone call but I needed the item and all-told their misrepresentation cost me a week without the item that's important for my business."
"The prices to me, are pretty much average. They will always have a few outstanding deals. So, you are probably wondering why I would buy from them if their prices are pretty much average. Service, plain and simple. They have very friendly people working for them and they seem more than eager to help when you need it. That says a lot and means more to me than saving a few bucks. Besides, in the long run, if you are buying an item that is priced so low it seems to good to be true, then it probably is and you will suffer in other ways later on. I will take service over cheap prices any day.
