I'm from Jackson Heights,Queens NY. I'm 28 years female.Well I just bought the 9 cell li-Ion battery for my Dell Inspiron 1525. I must say that I searched 5 hours online to actually decide on what type of battery I wanted:either a 6 cell or 9(longer time in battery). I went to one website from China. It was a nicer 9 cell than the ones on ebay.BUT the bad part is that it was going to take 1 month to get it shipped!so whatever I didnt obviously.So I came accross this website for notebookbatter which sell probatts brand. It had a nicer looking battery for my laptop rather than the other ugly ones I had seen earlier. The price was around $80 and it could get shipped quicker rather than China's. Obviously I compared the volts,model, and cells. I think it was the design that convinced me. It wasn't protuding tremendouly abnormally, and it was in America(more trusful I guess,&quicker). So I bought it.
I would recommend this website to people because you are saving here a hell lot of money. At dell this battery was around $200 and what it says it does. My battery works great and it looks really cool. I do have some portion protuding out my laptop but its not supper gly.Overall I like Probatts.9 out 10."

"Terribile service and business practices. Don’t buy from them!
I placed an order on May 31st with www.notebookbattery.com for a battery for my computer and received an order confirmation. On June 7th after receiving nothing from them, i called them and they said there was a problem with my cc and therefore they did not process the order. I asked them how come they did not alert me to this by sending me an email and they did not give me an answer. They claimed they called me which is not true. They then said that when i placed my order on the screen somewhere there should have been an error message. I told them that even if there were some flag/error message on screen like they claim. By getting this email without hearing otherwise from them i would be sure that everything is fine. In any case i asked them if they can at least take my cc again now and expedite the order and they refused. This is terribile business practice i was counting and waiting for this battery.they never notified me and were not even willing to make up for it by rushing the order out right away. I want to warn other customers that their business practices and customer service are bad and they are not reliable. I hope they take the responsibility and shape up their business practices."
