"I've been a Norton user for three years and overall, I am satisfied with the experience. My laptop hasn't picked up a virus since I've started using Norton. I like its friendly user interface that even person with limited computer skills can successfully use. One issue I faced is dealing with support. I am not savy in virus detection and analysis, so every time I have a scare I prefer to call support. My experience with support wasn't the greatest, because it takes too many steps to reach a representative. First, a system needs to be scanned before one can get to a support person, then it takes a long time to diagnose the issue. My issue was a false alarm, but I spent good twenty minutes to identify that. So, to sum up, I am happy with the product and not too happy with support. "
