"I interacted with 3 of the Parts Department staff and all were fantastic! Each one left me feeling that I mattered as a customer. I first interacted with Jeff…,his years of experience and technical product knowledge were evident and this helped me in determining the correct parts I needed for my ‘06 Tacoma before I placed my first order. On another day, I interacted, with a second Parts employee, who I believe was named Jason (his name started with a “J” and it wasn’t Jeff). He took time to look up the correct parts numbers for my truck in the Parts Department system. I had obtained incorrect numbers online, but Jason determined the correct numbers. I really appreciate his due-diligence, so that I didn’t order the wrong parts by mistake. He also took time to ask a knowledgeable service department person to obtain an answer for a part application. That assured me that I was getting the correct part. I really appreciate that type of care. Finally, when my 2 orders arrived at the dealership, the third employee, named Dylan, pulled and assembled everything, making sure that I had both orders filled correctly. He even helped carry some of the parts to my truck so that I didn’t have to make multiple trips back to the parts counter….(I know you are wondering and yeah, he selected the heavy items to carry before I had a chance to grab them). This type of attention to detail and customer care by all of these individuals are the reasons that I chose to drive the 50 min to the North Georgia Toyota dealership for parts instead of going to the another 2 Toyota dealerships that are only 20 min from my home. This positive experience also has me planning to come to the North Georgia Toyota dealership for Service or even to buy another vehicle when that time comes.
