You don't find out about your points discount until you have already selected an amount and moved to the next page. You're discount might prompt you to decide you want a higher amount but now you have to go backwards. Lots on you site could be streamlined for easier use. That said - you are the best thing going price wise to call overseas and the lines are always clear.
