So frustrated!!!

"Website said guaranteed by 12/25 so I ordered 5 shirts on 12/10. Received an email on 12/14 saying it was shipped and gave me a tracking number for UPS. Then I get another email on the 15th telling me they haven’t forgot about me and they were working hard to fill my order... WTH? I got an email the day before saying it was already shipped. Nothing showed on tracking until the 18th so they only made the shipping label and didn’t even ship it. Originally tracking said I would receive 12/22 then I get a new email last week that says it was changed to 12/27 (AFTER Christmas), these were gifts so now I had to go out and buy 5 more shirts from somewhere else. I replied to the customer service email that I was very frustrated but they never replied to me. Most companies would at least reply with an apology and an explanation. There are other veteran owned companies out there that know what they are doing and have better customer service so I’ll stick with ordering from the others but I will not order from this company again. They don’t care about the customer, they just want your money. I wouldn’t have even givin them 1 star but it didn’t give me the option."

Nice products on the web site but they don't deliver

"So I spent over $100 with Nine Line and it took weeks to ship. UPS damaged the shipping envelope without even an apology note and most of the contents were dumped at some UPS hub. I got one t-shirt that I ordered from the entire order.

I called Nine Line and got a very nice person who said I'd get a replacement right away. Well, it's been a week and no shipping notice or anything that it's actually going to happen. It's been nearly a month since I ordered and I have one $100+ t-shirt.

Until they get their shipping issues fixed and their customer service follow-up issues resolved, I would stay away. I like to support veterans and veteran-owned businesses but these guys clearly haven't figured out more than marketing.

Patriotic Products To Scam You

"Advertised on fb, had a "stomp my flag and I'll stomp you" shirt for $35.00. Purchased on 4/13/2016. Noted NO date on sales receipt and NO shipping date. But you know what I did receive... 8 SPAM emails. A week later emailed asking for shipping status. Emailed everyday till they responded with a your item shipped email on the 4/22/2016, and here's the tracking info.

Now when they generate a label to ship they STILL NEED TO GIVE UPS the package, so hence NO tracking info.

Emailed again every day till I received : "Your order has shipped but the postal service never scanned in the package so it seems to be lost in transition. We were going to send you a replacement but we didn't get a change to talk to you before you hung up the phone. I personally do not appreciate being talked to this way. How would you like to proceed? We will be happy to make this better for you."

That right there is an outright lie. Yet the tracking was for UPS and they are mentioning the postal service??!?!? I never authorized anyone to call me, and when they did she claimed she was from a cable service?!?!?! "F you take me off your list" click. I don't take kindly to anyone who spams me and violates my privacy.

"We were going to send you a replacement". How is that even possible when you never shipped it? Now what... your not going to do anything because you misrepresented yourself on the phone or had no intentions of even completing the transaction?!?!?!

The way I see it you took my money and not going to give me what I ordered or return my money. That is fraud and I will extend the arm of the law to make sure you follow through!

Let me put it this way. The law says they MUST ship product within 30 days or refund money. I have read reviews on the net that this seems to be the norm for them to do business with anyone. Decent product but just let us hold your money for 30 days to make 1 cent interest before we do anything.

This by far is the worst kind of business that hides behind a flag.... so sad. I am a disabled Vet who assists others with fraudulent transactions such as this. Rest assured this is only my one stop on spreading the word as to how this company can even exist.

You stepped on the wrong snake, BBB and States Attorney General are next.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company for internet orders.
