"Two reasons why I don't like Nextnecklace -
1. They don't really return policy they advertise. Only in case they sent the wrong item or item is broken you can return it and be refunded. I case you didn't like your item in person, which happens when you buy online - they partially refund you and you pay for shipping. So no free shipping, no money!
2. When I tried to leave negative review on their website - they simply did not post it. I tried twice. Nothing. They post only positive reviews.
I am glad there are other places I was able to leave honest review.

"I purchased a previous item and was happy with that. I recently purchased another bracelet that was presented in a way that showed larger stones. I paid $143.95. When I received the item it looked very cheap, tiny stones and not true sapphire as described. I returned with the copy of their refund policy attached. $10 would be held as it stated because I had free shipping from vendor. Refund actually issued was less $40. $20 as they claim the size was special order, it was not and the selection for size was available at time of order. Nothing in writing about size being a consideration in their policy. An additional $10 as stated in their policy. They have not accounted for the other $10 they neglected to refund me? No idea what that was retained for. I also paid $10 to ship priority as they required a tracking number. Total refund 103.95? I am in the hole $50 for a piece of crap item I did not even keep. Do not do business with them, they do not even honor their own return policy. They made it up to benefit themselves not the consumer."
