Used to be Good, Now Horrible

"My company has been a customer of NextDayFlyers for at least 5 years, and in the past year, their service has gone downhill considerably. They no longer meet deadlines, and their customer service is horrible, unkind, and uncaring. They don't care about their customers at all, their customer service team is a mess, and our company is now searching for a new vendor for our flyer printing because we will never do business with this company, their parent company ("Digital Room LLC"), or any of their affiliates. We recommend staying as far away from this company as possible."

nextdayflyers.com is maybe it will get there flyers its not our fault.com

"I ordered a set of contact cards from this vendor.

I needed then the next day.

I paid a large surcharge for this a total of 98$ for 250 not really impressive business cards.

the next day I got online and tracked the package.

I was told that it would not be her until the following day.

So I contacted the vendor they blamed it on fedex and offered me a 17 dollar refund.

I told them this was not adequate as I would have never payed anything more that 20 bucks if I did not need it the next day.

They then offered me a 35 dollar discount so 63 dollars for less than adequate business cards. No.

I told them I jut wanted a full refund as i didn't want to pay for solid gold business cards.

I am still waiting for a reply.
