"I'm so far disappointed with my experience. I paid a little extra for the 2-4 business day shipping. I called a couple days after placing the order to see if the expected shipping delivery would be met. I was informed that it would not be delivered in the 2-4 days as advertised. In fact it wasn't even scheduled to begin being shipped until 11 days after I placed the order. There was little sympathy regaring my expectations not being met. I did get the 'extra' shipping charges credited towards a future purchase. I will wait and see how the delivery goes after the Holiday to finish my review. Thank you."
