"My name is Phuoc Tran from Guymon Ok.
The watch they send to me is NOT in new condition and it has resize and scratch on band. And I return it back. But they said they will charge 10% restocking from Invicta and 10% restocking from the site. WHY???, I'm think I'm really wrong when I come to NEXT DAY WATCH site and buy the watch. "BUYER BEWARE" Don't buy from "SCAMMER" company.

"GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered an Invicta watch to replace one that was stolen. I knew the model, specifications, pricing, and everything about the watch. These folks did a great job, especially Reuben. I got a confirmation call back (unusual, but well appreciated) and when I noticed that the watch had gone on sale before it even got to me, they issued a refund for the difference. I got a greeat watch and a GREAT deal! I would recommend these guys any day for any transaction. "

"SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. Would not provide a receipt for a Citizen watch I purchased from them. I e-mailed three times asking for a receipt/confirmation of order, so I would have a warranty record: they said each time they were sending the receipt by "separate computer-generated e-mail." I never got one. Just have to hope I never need warranty repair! I suspect they are not really an authorized Citizen dealer, even though they claim they are. The e-mail responses are full of bad grammar, and sound very "third world." I would not trust this company as far as I could throw them!"

"if you define "next day" as SIX days later, then this is your site. i ordered a watch before end of business day, assuming it would arrive THE NEXT DAY-- because, gee, that's the name of their business? and was informed by a "customer service" rep that it wouldn't arrive until TWO days later. okay. i can handle that. when it DIDN'T ship out on the advised day and I HAD TO CALL to find out WHY it didn't ship-- they told me that they had a "power outage". apparently, this 24 hour power outage (and i assume, my irate phone call) prevented the order from EVER being filled and they decided on their own to just cancel it. no consulatation. no notice. nothing. they just cancelled the order. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND CROOKS. you're better off to buy from a man in a trench coat than you are 'nextday watches.' BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!"

They have customer service that they stand by!!!!! A long story short, I have emailed Next day watches for over weeks now on a price match on two of there watches and they still have not contacted me????? I just finally got a real person on the phone and they were a a$$ about my question! and then told me no they will not match the price after i did everything they requested per there policy on this issue???????????

"Horrible customer service. They don't reply to any emails. After sending them an email they finally send me a RMA number but not a free shipping label as advertised on their web site. After shipping back the watch no refund has been issued yet. 6 business days have been past now. Waiting until next Monday to send letter to attorney general. Already opened complaint to the Better business bureau. My advise do not buy from this web site. You will have major problems when you have to return an item. Stay away."

"Poor communication; no response for a week since order email. Emailed seller, no response; called & left message, no response; called again and spoke to agent who said they emailed notifying watch was backordered - never got that email! Will not shop there again...very disappointed! Watch was a gift which is now late."

"My name is Gary D Brown Sr and I’m writing this email to inform you of the excellent and efficient service I received from NextDay Watches.com. Previously I had ordered an Invicta Venom Reserve from ShopNBC and the service was absolutely horrible. When I received the watch the packaging was damaged on the inside, the polyurethane band had a flaw and all the paperwork was not included. I tried to call customer service but was left on hold for more than 10 minutes before finally speaking to someone. However, instead of the representative being concerned about my complaint they appeared more concerned with receiving payment, so you can imagine my concern and reluctance about ordering another watch from a company of which I had no knowledge or experience with yet again. I eventually placed an order for an Invicta Rose Gold and Black Venom watch with Nextdaywatches.com, but prior to doing so I made sure to do some background research by visiting several sites that provide reviews on customer service performance. During my research I encountered a site called Ripoffreport.com which contained a review from a customer complaining about the bad service they’d received upon ordering a watch from your company. Had I only considered what was on this particular website, I don’t think I would have ordered anything from Nextdaywatches.com, however, being the person that I am I felt the need to get more than one person’s opinion. I also visited the Better Business Bureau web page and armored with their review of NextDay Watches (which they gave an A-) I made my decision to place my order. I received my watch promptly and in an immaculate, pristine condition with all the paper work included. For the record I received a much better service from your company than I ever received from ShopNBC. I will continue to order my future watches from this website in the future and without a doubt will recommend this site to all the watch lovers that I know.

"Order was placed for a discontinued watch. I was offered a different product and accepted. When sub product was delivered and I examined it I decided to return to NDW. I was assisted by a young man in there customer service dept who went above and beyond what is normally expected. He not only got me the return authorization but remembered what watch I had originally ordered and when one was unexpectently found in there warehouse he called me to see if I wanted to take it.
Wonderful! No one had this watch. I've got one thanks to there great customer service. Dont know if I should mention this young mans name but since it is so unique I will. His name is Baxter and if you go to NEXT DAY WATCHES be sure to ask for Baxter.

"NextDayWatches sucks. Do not buy from this company. Customer service is terrible and return poicy is not honored. I am trying to return a watch and have had no response from NDW after three communications. Well, not no response. He disconnected in the middle of our phone conversation. It appears that this is a guy working out of his basement with no intention of following through with his promises on the website. Do not fall into this trap. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!! "

"I am having a very hard time to return the watch I purchased. I email them about a month ago to obtain a RAM# as they require for returning. I waited for about couple week and didn't heard back from them, I send them another email. I then called them too, the customer care told me he didn't receive my first email, but he do receive my second email. He told me I receive an email for the RAM # that evening. I waited for few days and still haven't get my RAM#. I called and then they finally send me an email with the RAM# but in the email it told me that I will receive another email that evening for the UPS returning label and I suppose to print it out and tape it on the box and return it. But I waited for couple days, and still haven't get the email for the ups return email. So I send him another email but still haven't heard back from the company yet. The 365-Day No-Hassle Return Policy, it not in my case. I am very frustrated and still a haven't be able to return my item yet. So I would not recommend company . "

"I did not receive the watch as promised but I was notified it was not in stock the day after the order was placed. It was shipped to us witrhin one week. Upon receipt I found I did not like the watch and returned it unworn. It had been taken out of the box to look at but actually had never removed from the packing strip. Upon receipt of the return I received a email telling me that Nextdaywatches was not going to credit me as the watch strap was discolored and scratched. This simply is not true as it was returned in precisely the same condition as received. I cannot recommend this company."
