"I placed an order for 2 portable dvd players. With this order, I was also to receive the following: 2 chargers, 2 batteries and 2 pairs of headphones. When I received the first package, one of the dvd players was broken (DOA). I had to send it back at my own expense. The replacement player they sent me was USED! They sent me another unit to replace that one that didn't look much better. I knew it was used due to the fact that the clear protective cover was missing and it had scratches on the front of the player. I still (3 months later) have not received the 2 batteries and 2 chargers. It has now been 3 months of calling and getting nowhere. All they say is "We are sorry for this" and "You should have the rest of your order in 2 weeks." It has now been a total of 18 weeks since my order was placed online and paid for! Nextbase-USA customer service is terrible. I do NOT recommend buying anything from this company or these people!"
