I bought a Samsung Vibrant (T959) from this website at a good price ($499). I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that tax was included in the price you see on the website. The phone and all of its accessories arrived in excellent condition and was working right out of the box with no problems whatsoever.

Customer Service:
I had emailed customer service a handful of times and each time I received a response in less than 5 minutes (during business hours).

Shipping:
After I placed my order on the website, my phone shipped out the next day. For shipping, I chose UPS Express Saver ($48) as the shipping service, which stated that my phone will arrive to me in 1-2 days. My phone arrived in 2 days (excluding weekends).

Overall, I am very pleased with NewayCI/NCI and will consider doing business with them for my next mobile phone. I highly recommend this website to anyone who is looking to buy mobile phones from a place that has a wide selection, competitive prices, good customer service and fast shipping."

"I found the website confusing as well as the descriptions of the phone. So I called the service number: Was sure if i was even speking to the right company from the way they answered, I had great difficulty understanding the english that my counterpart was speaking. He was however helpull and gave stright answers, I felt that I had the right info and was speking directly to someone who knows enven thought the conversation was difficult to understand. Still I ordered the wrong phone! Once I explained this to the manager, i received a very negative and uncaring answer, i was to to pay a restocking fee. I proposed to buy the right phone again and get the other refunded later as well as pay ofr all shipping and the answer was still negative. I spoke to Master Card purchase protection and they were surprised at the company's attitude and studied the invoice which was not detailed enough. Once I adressed that with the manager I was pushed into a confrontation of who is at fault and who is not. No mention ever of good customer service or business like intentions, In the end I was told to go buy my next phone somewhere else! That is too bad, i own a company and purchase at least five phones every year, I would have loved to work at it and get this transaction right but was forced to go lese where which I did. I guess the advice i would give to this company is to try and always find solutions to get the deal, even it it seems samll at the time, its a question of reputation, They sould also make their web sit less busy because its confusing, should also simplify the phone descriptions with explanations of the abreviations. Finnally, the customer service person answering the phone should have a more common accent and follow corporate phone procedures such as answering witht the name of the company and listening to the client without inetrupting before offering a solution.

When all is said and done, the dela did not go through they lost money, i did too, while we could have still made a compromise on each part, everyone lost. Thats too bad. Still waiting for my refund. I hope that this, my fellow Canadian company finds this review helpfull.
