"I purchased downloadable Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, as they had the best price I found on the web on the date of purchase. Order placement was typical for online orders and I received the email receipt. I did not receive the product key within 1 hr. of order placement so I called and talked to a Customer Representative. They promptly resent the email with the product key. Unfortunately the product key did not work, so I called and talked with a Customer Representative who provided several other product keys that did not work, so they asked that I call back in the morning so that they could resolve the product key issue with Adobe. The morning call back we tried a few more product keys and finally got one to work.

The Customer Representative was always patient and seemed to be doing everything they could to resolve the issue quickly. If it wasn't for the product key issue that took 2 days to resolve this would have been a much better experience overall."

"AVOID them at all costs! I ordered MS Office 2010 professional and instead I received the academic version. In other words they pull bait and switch on their customers. After numerous requests for a refund I finally threatened to have my bank reverse the charges. Only then did they give me instructions on how to return the software. Then I didn't receive a refund to my bank account. It is 3 weeks since they received the returned software. "

"Newpeak had the lowest price by far, their software download site was slow so be sure to leave time for that part of it. The transaction too a little time to complete and I had to contact them to get my license key, it did not come automatically as advertised."

"Ordered Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 from NewPeak Software. Unfortunately, lots of people had the same idea at the same time and the download was atrociously slow for 4 hrs; so slow that the "Operation Timed Out" repeatedly. I re-booted and tested my computer with an arduous upload task and it worked fine so I suspect NewPeak was simply inundated. So was their Help Staff. By 6pm EST, all was well; the estimated time dropped from over 3 hrs to just 1/2 an hr. I'll order from them again, but I'll download in non-peak hours."

"Bait and Switch is how they profit...I bought a copy of Office 2010 Pro and received the Academic version. Had I bothered to read the microscopic print, you don't get exactly what's pictured. and of course, their price is about double the street price and a bargain for the legitimate version. So it is indeed: too good to be true, lesson learned! quickly shipped though and no email link so there is no legal trail of ones trevails or complaint. Chat seems fine but the young people/foreigners/immigrants have a script to follow and cannot really offer a solution except to seem like there is a real person there, but rather pointless. I am keeping this copy for the hassle factor, as it seems genuine and this is my third purchasing event; having bought two other counterfeit packages!"
