False fraudulent products Newfrog

"FAKE FRAUDULENT PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to make people aware that Newfrog are selling fake products. I have ordered a product which are wraped in the original manufacturer box, but the product inside is fake. And then Newfrog got the cheek to denies that they are selling fakes. I have contacted the original manufacturer that confirms that my product is fake and I have proof.
Please do not support Newfrog as they do not respect, honor and value the seller as by selling fake goods.

Never order form here !!!!

"The worst service I’ve ever experienced for online order service.
Ordered a Package 1st November still waiting for the delivery. Customer service seems to be non existent or just not quialified to work at a customer service representative.

I highly suggest you make the necessary changes to your order sites where it clearly states:7-20 working days not to disappoint your clients. When an order is placed for an item as a gift for a birthday there is an expectation of the items being delivered before the date.

Also very surprised to see how quickly a story can change.

There is no delivery been made to the allocated address till date.

I have not received my item !!
Sending me a tracking link to the parcel does not mean anything to me !!!

The consignment has arrived in the country of destination "this clearly says it arrived in the country, but where does it say the items have been delivered !!! ???

Again I still did not receive my package I need to know who to contact "IN SOUTH AFRICA" to find out where my package is!!!

Scam

"Received wrong product, ordered 230Volt item, got 110Volt item. Sent many emails, no response until I claimed and escalated in PayPal. Was asked to send picture. PayPal has no option to do so (and NewFrog knows that). No refund from PayPal, stuck with unuseable 110Volt item. STAY AWAY !!!"

""RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT" I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND New Frog . THE MIRROR DASH CAMERA I RECEIVED WAS SMASHED. I SENT THEM OVER 8 PICTURES THE DAY I RECEIVED IT AND ALL THEY OFFERED WAS ($5 AND TOLD TO FIND ANOTHER BOX) (((I EMAILED THEM OVER 20 TIMES)))) I FINALLY HAD TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THEM, "WHICH I NOW WON" BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY RETURN FOR A BROKEN, DAMAGED ITEM ........NEVER AGAIN!!! Good customer service

"I bought a product which was discontinued by the manufacturer before they removed from their site and was not in their stock.

I've exchanged messages with their customer service for two months. After this period I requested the cancellation of my order and full refund to my PayPal account, which was promptly arranged.

So although I recognize that they could have prevented the inconvenience, their response was always fast and very courteous. Thus, I would buy there again.

I would give 0 stars if possible

"I would give them ZERO stars if possible. I ordered two chargers. WELL after the time they should have gotten to me, they didn't arrive. I asked them to check with the shipper. Instead they kept asking ME to look around outside and even go to my post office to check. I did what they asked. After a couple of back and forth emails where they would ask me to do those things AGAIN, I finally was fed up and asked for my money back. I had already bought a different charger another way. They asked me to wait until November so they could file a claim with the shipper. Again I complied. November gets here and they tell me it's not their fault that I didn't get my product but they're willing to do me the courtesy of giving me 80% back or a resend of the merchandise. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY after all the hoops I jumped through."

Shipped late with slower alternative than agreed

"I Ordered well in time for it to arrive before my Halloween dinner according to their site they had the projector in stock and would ship withing 2 days. Also they would use "direct Line Delivery that would take 7-20 days"

Their tracking shows they shipped after 2 weeks not days and used a slower shipping alternative..

Needless to say it didn´t arrive on time.
