"I agree with the first 2 reviews. I did not know this company was based in China. If I had known this, I would not have purchased from them. I ordered a bluetooth headset for a Christmas gift in November 2007. When my husband opened it on Christmas, it was defective and did not work. I sent the item back early January and I still have yet to receive an exchange. They recently gave me a tracking number in which the item was delivered to another state, so I can only assume they gave me a fake number. I have learned not to buy from an online company if it is not based in the US. "

"I agree with the previous review, the exact same thing happened to me. It is now Jan 18, 2008 and I still have not received replacement for defective Jabra Headset. They said they mailed it but that was months ago. Now they don't even respond to my email. Original order placed in July of 07. I guess I just threw $50 away. Not to mention the cost of return of defective product to China. Worst experience I have ever had online. Do not buy from them"

"If you value your hard-earned dollar, do not deal with these people. This store is operated by crooks, who apparently enjoy ripping people off.

Ordered 2 mp3 players on August 27th 2007.
1 unit was defective right out of the box.

Paid an additional $35 to return the unit promptly to Net-sticks. Net-sticks signed for the returned unit.

Never have received the replacement unit. It is now December 12th, 2007. When I enquire by email about the unit, net-stick admin sends a one line email saying the unit was shipped by airmail. No additional information is provided such as invoice number, tracking number, date, delivery address etc.

Worst Internet shopping experience I have ever encountered..
