"All this company will do is take your money and then string you along until the time has passed that you can't challenge the credit card charges. My experiance is the same as many of the others on in that NetMags.com excuses are many but the bottom line is that your credit card will be charged within seconds of placing an order but you'll never see any of the magazines. I faired a little worse than the others as I ordered three subscription for a total of $58.81 and lost it all (invoice numbers #443100-$12.95 and 449043-$45.86)."

"I ordered Fit Pregnancy for my daughter in October, 2007. Not only did she never receive the magazine they refuse to refund my money. Every time I contact them they say I will get a refund within 30 days - this has been going on since December 2007. Not only did they steal my money they lie every time I contact them. DO NOT do business with this company - they are rip-off artists."

"I ordered a magazine subscription last December 27, 2007. It is now April 16, 2008 and I have NOT received a single issue. So, before the 120 days are up (111 days) I asked for an immediate refund. At first, they claimed that I would need to send the first 12 digits of my credit card. So, I did it on the same day... Then, they now claim that orders past 120 days are not eligible for a refund. As if I cannot count how many days have passed since I ordered?!.. Anyway, I've already emailed several times but it seems they are 'stalling' so I would reach the 120 days restriction... What a BAD company! I'll never buy from NetMagazines.com ever again!"

" I ordered magazines In November of 2006 and never received a one of them. Repeated emails to their customer service contacts have been fruitless. I would advise no one to order magazines from NetMagazines--you'll be throwing your money away!

"In spite of the "confirmed order," my gift subscription was never sent. Bah Humbug! Netmagazines.com has made no effort to contact me for a refund. I have tried for over a month to get my money back but still have nothing. DON"T BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT!"

"As of 3-22-08, I have still not received even one issue of Sunset magazine. They don't reply (except for an automated "we have received your request, and will get back with you" Email). I feel that they are a total ripoff. By the time you realize that it will never arrive, it is too late (many months later) to dispute your credit card charges."

"it's FRAUDULENT.
Do NOT plance an order from here.

I placed an order 10/15/07 and have been contacting them since December.
Their phone system only allows you to enter "online" service requests.
Online services requests are met with one answer: "Dear xxxx, I will look into this and get back to you shorty"

I know of 1-2 other people with SAME experience!

BE CAREFUL!!!!

"a little surprised to see all the negative comments. I've ordered nine separate times. i did have aproblem once because they stopped carrying money magazine, but they offered a replacement mag, plus a free subscription to another which i accepted and received. Frankly, i'm pleased with their service and the one problem was resolved quickly. Magsforless however is the company i'm angry with."

"In September 2006 I paid for an order with NetMagazines.com for a magazine subscription. The subscription never started, and despite more than a dozen attempts on my part and various promises by NetMagazines customer service over the months, I still have not received a refund.

This company’s customer service is ATROCIOUS. Apparently the magazine I subscribed to was discontinued, but no effort was made to contact me and they went ahead and charged me anyway. Each time I contact the company, I inevitably get a response back that they need my transaction number, billing address, and other information, even though I have provided all of this information multiple times and even though I always reference the customer service case numbers that have been assigned. On 4 occasions the company has promised me a refund, but I have yet to receive anything.

This back-and-forth has gone on for almost a year now. The most recent response from NetMagazines was on May 16: "I apologize for all the trouble caused. We have sent you a refund check, $24.95, to your billing address. You will receive it soon. Thank you. Best Regards Eve P." Of course, no refund has been forthcoming.

Be forewarned: this is a dishonest company. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

"As you can see in the other reviews, they do not deliver. I ordered two mags and only received one, not complete rip off but I'm not happy.
Almost a year running now with emails and their lousy case number option. You cannot email them directly making it not only difficult but sometimes no trail as to what is going on. Nice, they pretty much hope you'll give up and go away. They have won on this one, Il never see a refund nor the magazine delivered.

I would not bother using them again despite, you cannot treat customers like this and expect loyalty. In fact, you egernate reviews like this saying to not use your services.

"Invoice numbers you want!!?? Well here's TWO more in addition to the one above: 315067 & 315060

Below is a CONFIRMED copy of my receipt from Netmagazines.com. (aka Netvision Associates Inc.) Receipt is from JUNE 2006! and I have yet to receive anything from them.

eBay/PayPal (from which I'm a shareholder, BTW) has NO BUSINESS being associated with such an UNSCRUPULOUS "retailer"...and I use that word loosely. PayPal has a Paypal Verified "shop with confidence" link on the left side of Netmagazines.com page.
"Verified" to do what...rip you off??

AVOID netmagazines.com AT ALL COSTS!!

"I placed this order almost a year ago. The order was for 36 issues of a magazine. 5 months later, no magazine so I contact them. They can't honor the special price I paid, even though they had no problem charging my credit card on April 7th. They tell me they can give me 12 issues for the price I paid. I agree (Since it's past the 90 days I can't fight it with my CC company). February 2007, still no magazines. I contact support again, no answer, I wait a month, try again, no answer. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I would recomend NO ONE use this company."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. AVOID THIS VENDOR AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible experience with this company. Basically ordered a 3 year subscription to Kiplingers. Never received a single issue. Been very persistant. Finally they said the offer is no longer available. Well who cares if it is no longer available?! I already paid for it. They offered me 1 year subscription or a full refund. I refused the offer and demanded specific performance. Also opened up a case with the better business bureau. Hopefully I get somewhere.

Bottom line is this company appears to be pulling the same bs with a lot of people. I dont expect to ever get the magazine or a refund. They just keep putting me off. They refuse to let me talk to anyone. I have requested many phone conversations with a manager but they ignore the requests.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. AVOID THIS VENDOR AT ALL COSTS.
