"Seller sent no shipping advice, did not respond to emails, nor to a PayPal dispute. Ultimately, I received a refund from PayPal upon escalating the dispute to a claim. If you call the phone number on the seller's website, you get a message that the number was established by Google Labs for testing purposes, and that the number is not for a neon sign shop. I would presume that this means that a lot of people had been calling before me with similar issues."

"I paid for a sign never received it even after numerous emails saying it was on the way!!! I had to get a refund through paypal.. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY LIE!!! I they ruined my fathers day present for my father.. I paid almost 500 for this sign.. HOW RUDE YOU JERKS!!!!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I paid $405 for a neon sign from this company. For 3 years I wanted this particular sign, and while at the time of purchase there were no reviews online, they seemed like a legitimate company with a nice website that had been online for a number of years so I bit the bullet and purchased the sign last April. The sign showed up 10 days later via Greyhound Shipping, and while packaged well, it was cracked and did not light up all the way.

This particular sign is actually made out of painted glass and is not neon, so the cracked section can be replaced. Customer service was poor, but they told me in late April that my replacement part was on the way, and it was easy to replace and would include instructions?....this was the first step towards a possible refund if I couldn't fix it, but they swore it was easy to fix...I should have known better.

Well, 9 months later, and no replacement part! In the meantime, numerous constructive voicemails and emails have produced absolutely nothing. Their phone number has even changed twice....scammers.... I have found from local sign companies it will cost me an additional $150 to fix this sign, and beings Neon Haven won't even talk to me anymore I have no choice but to fix the sign. If you are willing to risk $400+ like me, you better hope your sign makes it to you in one piece, or at all, from the sounds of the other reviews...save yourself time and money and buy elsewhere!!!!!

PS, these Jokers are on Ebay as well with similar names, so do your research!!!!!!!!!

"This is truly a scummy company. We placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email. Our card was charged for the full amount. For the last 3 weeks we have called and emailed with no response. Stay away."

"My parents ordered me a neon bar sign for Christmas. It was shipped via Greyhound bus per the company's recommendation. When it arrived it was badly damaged. My parents had to jump through hoops for the company to take it back (they wanted to send my parents replacement parts, however the work it needed was beyond a few simple repair parts). They finally agreed to take it back and sent my father to the bus depot telling him to call when he got there and they would take care of setting up the shipping back. When he got there, Alex, the person who was supposed to "take care of it" didn't answer his phone. It took 2 more trips and 3 hours of my father's time to finally get this shipped. Christmas came and went and no one heard from Alex. I then called him and informed him I would be writing the BBB if we didn't hear from him as they had my parent's money and the sign. He then returned my call later that day and proceeded to yell at me even before he identified himself. He was rude, disrespectful and arrogant, yelling at me the entire call and arguing with me over the amount of damage. I found this quite amazing as he had never seen the sign. I finally told him to call my mother with a date to expect her refund. Alex called my mother and told when they recieved the sign they would send out a refund. Again no one heard from Alex. I called a week later, on 1/4/10. Alex told me he still hadn't recieved the sign but when he did a check would be sent out. I finally decided to track the package myself and found out it was picked up and signed for by Alex on 12/30/09. So he had lied to me. Alex has not returned any of our calls and I finally had to write the BBB. Hopefully they can get our money for us as we still have yet to recieve a refund."
