"I ordered online from an Australian website, supplied my mail address, paid with credit card. GOOD.
Same day, they rang me to ask for my actual STREET address (unusual I thought, as I'd paid for delivery by mail).
Same day, another person rang to say "Congratulations! 40% special discount offer" Feeling GOOD.
Received their email confirming my order, with dollar amount quoted, in Australian - assumed.
Credit card bill came, showing MORE than the amount they'd quoted in their confirmation email.
NOT in Australian dollars.
Additional charge to convert from USD to AUD.

When I emailed them to ask "why email me one $$ amount, then charge me different? - that's illegal." - didn't receive a suitable explanation.

And NO explanation given on why they RANG and asked for my HOUSE / street details - which we NEVER divulge for safety reasons.

Just left me with an uneasy feeling. WILL NOT buy online from them again."
