"The WORST merchandiser i have EVER purchased from. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. NEVER, EVER. They have $135.00 of mine, have their defective product back, have assured me a month ago that a check would be in the mail and now are not answering my emails. What nerve, what fraud, what lack of integrity to keep money after saying it will be refunded. I have filed a BBB complaint. THIS COMPANY IS A BLACK HOLE THAT TAKES MONEY WITH NO CONSCIENCE ABOUT CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMER."

"I have to add my name to the list of dis-satisfied customers as well. I ordered a few hard-to-find bulbs from them and they never arrived. After weeks of emailing and faxing, (they suspiciously don't have a listed phone number on their site), they have never responded once. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK."

"This company is absolutely horrible. They cancelled my order two weeks after it was placed because item wasn't in stock. However, I called about a week after my order had been placed and they said that they did have the item in stock. I even received a shipping confirmation, which was soon followed by a grammatically incorrect email stating they did not have the item. I ordered my product a month ago and still haven't been refunded. I have had to file with my credit card company at this point to have my money returned to my card. Also, every email sent from them, except for one, was signed with my name as if they wouldn't be held responsible for their own emails. I guess the idiots don't realize that the email is coming from their email address."

"DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!!! No customer service, returned package of bulbs, and still after 1 month, they haven't credited my acct. They say they lost it. Fed x delivered it and was signed for a month ago. Nothing but headaches from this place. Please save yourself the frustration, and don't use needabulb.com. You will thank me."

"I wish I had looked at these reviews first! It is over a month and I still do not have my lamp. I have called to cancel order and never got to speak to anyone. Left several messages and received no reply or email. I highly suggest you AVOID this store. (if they even are a store). It is an ongoing nightmare. I would leave zero stars as a rating if I could."

"Took 4 weeks to get my order but they charged my cc the same day I ordered. When it did arrive one bulb was damaged. Called for an RMA and had to leave a message as they do not pick up the phone. Needabulb.com finally called back 2 days later. I had to pay to send it back and now it has been 14 days since the tracking number shows they signed for the box. NO RESPONSE TO DATE! AVOID needabulb.com!!!"

"I ordered two little bedside lamps on Aug 15, 2012. I have not received them yet. The product actually came to Cincinnati and then was shipped right back to needabulb and someone signed for it. They haven't responded to either of my emails. I am extremely angry! "

"We contacted needabulb on recommendation from our neighbors for CFL lights (neptun brand). They were on backorder, but we were notified immediately so that's OK. 1 of the 28 bulbs was defective when it arrived last week, bgut needabulb sent out a replacement right away and we're quite happy!"

"Horrible service. My order was delayed over a month and they did not find the need to inform me of this. When I tried to contact them regarding this issue they were on "holiday" in the middle of the week and wouldn't be available for over a week. Definitely will not do business with again!"
