"On the 29 March 2009 I wrote "I am not at all happy with this company.

I ordered two of the same product, two weeks apart back in January and February this year.I only received one of them. By looking at the confirmations of shipping sent to me it appears both orders, sent on different dates had the same shipping number. Obviously only ONE ITEM was sent.
What makes it worse is that I have emailed them about 4 times over the last 2-3 weeks regarding this problem and nobody has bother to reply.

I would hope that on reading this somebody will look into it and get it sorted. I would like to receive my R4 and micro chip card OR I would like my money back.

I have had to resort to leaving a negative comment in the hope somebody reads it and looks into my problem. For full details as to my purchases and complaint PLEASE READ my emails!!!!!

"Yes I have NOW received my refund.

It's just a pity that I had to resort to a negative review inorder to get this company to respond.

Why is it that in one hour a negative review achieved a response from Ndspspcard when numerous polite emails had not been able to achieve this in three weeks??

I am however very greatful this has been sorted, and once Ndspspcard contacted me we were able to fix the problem. My son has now got his money back and he will be spending it elsewhere.

Thank you ResellerRatings - without you I would of had no hope of getting this sorted.
