I saw your review and I apologize that you felt your shipment was mishandled. There are 100's of products in the homeopathic line and we don't have 10 of all of them in stock. When someone orders a larger quantity, our policy is to ship out what we have straight away, so that the customer can get started taking the product without having to wait until we have all of their order amount. I had just ordered from DNA and wasn't going to be receiving a shipment from them until next week, so I drop-shipped your remaining 8 bottles from DNA directly, as that was the fastest way to get them to you, otherwise I wouldn't have been shipping them out to you until this Tuesday.
If I ship them, then I have the tracking number but when DNA Labs ships, I have to wait until they send me the tracking number.
I did think that they would get it shipped sooner than the 18th and that both your shipments would arrive together, which is why I wrote on your receipt that you would get 2 shipments from 2 different companies.
I understand how it must have looked to you, and my intention was only to get some product to you as soon as possible and the same for the remainder.
