One day later received an e-mail that one of the items was not in stock, but they were expecting a delivery the following week and would hold my order. I contacted them and told them to just send the available items, as I was low on kibble and to deduct the back ordered items from the total. That evening I received an e-mail stating that my order had been shipped out. After a few days I looked at the email to see when I should expect delivery, and noticed that the list of items supposedly shipped was missing a few items. I called them to find out what was going on. Needless to say, without even letting me know, other items that I had ordered were also not in stock, and they deducted them from the order. I guess it's easy to have great prices if you never actually ship any product at that price. I placed an order with NaturalK9 rather than elsewhere because their online catalog showed everything I wanted as available at a good price. However, clearly much of it didn't actually exist in their warehouses--they just listed everything the company made as "available" and stuck a nice price on it to lure people in.
