"I purchased two things prior to Christmas 2010 from NWF. I was sent the wrong size shirt and tried to get the size ordered. I was told I will be sent the correct size and RGA number and UPS return label. Two weeks went by no UPS label. I kept in contact via email with returns dept. They kept telling me it was coming. I finally go an email week prior to Christmas telling me to keep the wrong size shirt. They were refunding my money. So I still had to get a gift for my Mom. The cardinal coffee mug and coaster set was cheaper quality than I would have liked to give to my mother in law. So I had to get another gift for her. I struck out this time with NWF. I probably won't shop here again. The other items I ordered were ok."
