I live about an hour away from that location & was very nervous driving home on a highway with a spare tire. "On December 12,2019 I broke the sensor valve stem off of my tire putting air in it at a gas station across the street. Eric came over from NTB and put my temporary tire on for me and rode with me across the street to NTB. There Devyn the manager quickly had my car in the bay and had the repair done very economically. Purchased a set of front tires (TBC VELOZZA ZXV4) for my daughter's car, as well as an alignment, on 11/24/2018 with 56,473 miles on the vehicle.
8 months later, with 67,792 miles, the tires are completely and totally bald!!! (they did not even last 12,000 miles!!!!).
I did not notice the worn out tread until my daughter almost got killed in a rainstorm.
I went to the store, and the technician simply highlighted the original invoice, where there word "None" was printed after the tire size, handed it back to me and said that the tires had no mileage warranty whatsoever.
So....why the hell would they even offer a tire for sale of this nature if they don't even last 12,000 miles??? I smell a ripoff!!
So - buyer beware of this store (or any NTB) and make damn sure to question them about having a WRITTEN warranty."

"Needed some tires installed, he came out looked at the rims and tires told me the price and said it would be done in a few minutes, I waited 1 hour and then he came out to let me know he cannot install them, now u supposed to be a tire expert and u could not have let me know this when u came out and looked at the tires from the beginning, makes u guys look like u don’t know what u are doing. If I were u then go to Dobb’s or another reputable shop not this one. "
"Had car inspected and failed for a couple of reasons. Repair the issues and bring it back first thing in the morning and the manager never shows up to open . After an hour and half waiting, I have to leave and come back slightly after lunch. I am told it will take 2 to 3 hours before my car can be reinspected even though reinspections are suppose to be priorty in the state of Virginia. I am unformed that there are 3 reinspections ahead of me and that is the cause for the wait. When a car is reinspected only the failed issues are supposed to be checked so not sure how it would take that long to be seen. I am left with coming back another day at opening and hope they do not have employee issues again and actually open because I cannot just schedule a time for reinspection either."

"They rotated my tires 1week ago from today and all week the car shook and made a rosring noise. I tried to get an appointment but they said they were short handed and got an appointment today. When I got there they tried to blame it on my suspension and charge me over 300 dollars for new tires!!! This is such a scam. After demanding to speak with the manager he refused to speak with me and had his employee Henry call me back. I’m taking it back tomorrow to have them rotate the tires back and I have an appointment with another company to look at my suspension “problem “. Please do not go here. They are rude and will rip you off!!!"
"I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The gentleman who rung me up told me it would be about thirty mins until he could get to my car, which was fine. But then it took him an hour to do the work. I was there for an hour and a half. The guy who was doing the work was jerking and pulling way to hard on my wheels. He kicked my tire to get it off at one point. Before he even started working on my car he was walking around talking to another employee (who was actually working) instead of working on my car. I normally do this work myself but was heading out of town and didn’t have time. Turns out I should have done it myself based off the amount of time I spent there. No one was in a rush. The guy doing the work was smoking while changing my oil. Not smart by any means. At the end they tried to tell me all these different things were wrong with my car but I know for a fact the things they said were wrong aren’t. I’m never coming back to this one or one of these anywhere."

Since then, I have been a loyal customer entrusting NTB to service both my vehicles
I had a steering issue that needed to be fixed. After the NTB Staff found several other issues and charged me $1,000. The steering problem persisted.
When I came back to address the issue that was not fixed. That staff was courteous but informed me of another issue that was not handled initially. They proceeded to ask for almost $500 to fix my steering issue they found the 2nd time.
Instead of taking personal responsibility and covering my cost for a mistake they made, I was asked for more money.
I have referred friends to NTB in Mayfield Heights but can’t continue to do so after being treated so poorly as loyal customer.

"I recently moved to the Columbia Maryland area. Saturday night I noticed a flat tire on my wife's car. Imagine my concern about finding a tire repair shop open on Sunday. NTB at 6810 Oak Hall Lane is open every Sunday at 9:00am. I brought the tire to the shop and Sergio greeted me most respectfully and treated me with professionalism throughout the repair process. The shop is neat and clean. I will definitely return to this shop when I need new tires, brakes or alignment work."
"Had a complete new AC unit installed in my car last year, apparently not done correctly. Everything seemed fine and I was happy..........right up until it seized up due to metal shaving being in the system thanks to it being installed incorrectly. The problem with this??? When the compressor seized up, it ripped my brand new serpentine belt in half as i was heading out to work. Luckily I had not gotten on the freeway yet for my hour drive. I was without a car for several days. Called around and finally got someone to tow it in for less than $400! The NTB I had it installed at was now called Big O'. So they charged me to put on a new belt and I had to pay EXTRA for a bypass kit since the belt would be useless with the compressor seized up. I was told to call NTB at another location and they would take care of it. So I did, guy told me I had to take it over to him. I had politely told him it did not run without belt (this was before paying for the repairs), he told me to have it towed! There was no way! It was going to cost me about $800 or more since it was 45 minutes across town!!! NTB said they could not help me if I did not bring it in. So I paid for the repairs (Big O' is associated with NTB) and drove it over that weekend waited for about two hours only to be told I would have to take it back over to Big O'. I was told that corporate was going to make them complete ALL repairs and I would not be charged. Called Big O' the following week to make an appointment to drop my car off. I was politely told my AC was no longer under warranty and that I had to take it back over to NTB! Took me over two weeks of calling several times a day to get NTB to tell me that since the AC warranty had expired, there was nothing they could do unless I WANTED TO PAY them to reinstall a new AC unit!! As if I would EVER take my car back to them! I had about $7000 in work completed on my car by them last year, now I have to wonder if I am driving my children and myself around in a death trap waiting to happen! They would not even refund me for the repairs I had to pay for thanks to them installing the AC wrong! They hire kids off the street, with little to no experience and let the work on your car. The life of you and your family mean nothing to them nor are they willing to man up and pay for damages caused by their so called service! I suggest doing all the research you can to make sure you are not dealing with any subsidiary of this company! They simple DO NOT CARE! Once they have your money, kiss your **** goodbye!"
