"SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! I hate this company, it is a SCAM. My Motorola Q9 got damaged so I filed a RFS (request for service) with them. At first they denied the claim then they OKed it so I sent my phone in.... 14 days later (and I know they had the phone for 11 days because I got delivery confirmation on the package) they send the phone back in the same state it left my house in except now they were claiming it was WATER DAMAGED when it turned on fine before it left my house!"
