"Ordered the in stock Items on the 6th and finally received on the 28th.
upon submitting the order confirmation said a tracking email will be sent

The 35 boxes of ammo were loose in a large cardboard box and all boxes
are slanted (slightly crushed) as the outside shipping box had no padding in the box at all.
Needless to say no more orders from me.. At least the ordeal is over.."
"I have known about Natchez for awhile but I had never placed an order. March 29th I place an order, the usual virus warning appears but it also states the warehouse is working 24/7 and in stock items are getting shipped out. After two weeks I send an email asking for a status and the reply was full of excuses. I then look up reviews for Natchez and wow, these people were slow long before this virus stuff started. They need to put Brian and Mitch in the warehouse filling orders. Something seriously wrong with the management of this outfit."

Emailed them saying i want to cancel the order and the just keep sending the same copy and paste email about how they don't have power and other thing. "I ordered 1000 rounds of boxed rifle ammunition. The product page shows boxed ammo. The box that arrived contained a plastic bag full of loose ammo, not boxed. The product page title and description do not mention that the product is loose ammo. Nor does the invoice identify it as loose.
I did not want loose ammo, and specifically ordered a product that was shown as boxes. Since it's their error not mine, I called to ask for restitution. They offered to send me a couple of ammo cans, nothing else. No return option, no discount, and no apology. They blamed their website staff (the pretty picture people) who don't know anything about ammunition.
When I pressed. They said that was all they could do.
If I can't trust the web site description and pictures, and they will not admit their mistake nor correct their error, what use do I have for Natchez?"
"Don't buy from Natchez. They won't send the original packaging UPC for use on their advertised rebates. The manufacturer suggested never to buy from Natchez again, so I won't."

"I tried to place an ammunition order online and it said it wouldn't ship to my address. I have ordered from a dozen other companies and have received ammo shipped to my door. I live in AZ and the CC I use has a CA billing address. When I called and spoke to a representative I was told a CA billing address couldn't be used. CA law says that ammo just can't be shipped to CA. Even Sportsmans Guide who has the worst customer service even ships me ammution. I think Natchez is rapidly overtaking SG in the terrible customer service catagory. They missed out on a large ammunition order."
"Do not buy reconditioned Nikon scopes from them. I had to send two back which cost me 30.00 and with the original shipment I ended up spending 45.99 in shipping and have no scope. Heavy ring marks trash on internal lenses flaring illuminated reticles and dim green reticles were all issues. Don’t buy here don’t waste money."

"I felt compelled to write this after seeing the negative feedback about Natchez Shooters Supplies.
I just picked up my first order from them and it was on time, new in the box, and just as described.
I had to contact customer service at one point to update my shipping info, and the customer service team was friendly and helpful. They got my issue resolved within 20min.
The only reason I am not leaving 5 stars is because shipping was a bit on the hefty side; especially for a business. It cut into the savings on the item, but still was a good deal.
I would 100% recommend shopping from this merchant."
