"I've placed several orders with Nastydress over the last few months, I've been very impressed with both the product and, more importantly, the customer service. Most of the items have been true to size with maybe one or two dresses fitting a little smaller than expected, in these cases, ND's customer service team were very helpful, providing no hassle returns for store credit. I've also really loved that shipping is free! There's another popular site I was frequenting before that sells some of the same product as ND, but the shipping made buying just one item super expensive. All of my items from ND have been well made, with beautiful materials and prints. Yes, the items ship internationally, and unless you choose expedited shipping (free in some cases!) it could take a week or two for them to arrive. Honestly, for the steal of a price I'm paying, I can wait a few more days... This site is fast becoming my go-to site for cute and affordable clothing, I will continue to shop here. This is my own personal experience, placing 3 orders over the last month."

Care must be taken to Asian sizes which are normally smaller than the European. On an article I had this problem, which proved too small. Contacted the customer service, they immediately refunded what I spent, without the need to send the item.

Some bad reviews out there that products were not right size they ordered, etc. Customers need to READ everything about said product, and know that different countries size different. I am absolutely sure if you have any complaints, they respond rather quickly and do everything to make sure you are satisfied. They have gone above and beyond in book for customer satisfaction."
