"Beyond a poor experience with this merchant. Bought a pack of 2 tubs of protein and took literally MONTHS to receive... the 1st tub! I actually never got the rest of my order. Naper's website has a built in "contact us/messaging" feature, so I messaged them 3 times, NEVER receiving a response. I called at least 5-6 times over the course of several weeks, only being able to get ahold of a person 2-3 times. Each time I was told Naper was having problems with their supplier and that it should be coming in soon. This seemed to be the answer I was told over and over. "It should be arriving to the warehouse soon."

The Customer Service is horrible, they provide NO communication to their customers, nor do they look to fix the issue by offering you alternatives. I had to file a complaint with Paypal and they actually NEVER EVEN RESPONDED, so I ended up getting refunded my money. Shows you the type of company it is that they didn't even take time to respond to Paypals requests.

I wouldn't spend a dollar with them again.
