I called the company and they told me that I only have 30 days to report a problem and that all they would do is send me new pins. The new pins don't do me any good when the name tags were lost because the pins fell off! REALLY!!! YOU ONLY GUARANTEE YOUR PRODUCT FOR 30 DAYS??? That is ridiculous!!! I was going to place an additional order for 40 more name tags and I asked for a 10% discount for the inconvenience and problem with the other name tags and the representative told me no! So you just lost a whole order over a 10% discount! "

"I have been highly critical in email and on the phone to your people regarding the confusing nature of your website ordering, which I visited on my mobile device. I nearly quit several times. Your customer service (on the phone and by email) won me back. But brother, could your mobile device online ordering use some focus group feeback. Buttons that were supposed to appear didn't, so I was in limbo and could not check out. For example, "Add address" as a button after entering an address on your website sounds to me like add ANOTHER address, not "Add THIS address," and in general there were no instructions in English on the pages (e.g., "after entering your address in the form below, please click the Add Address button to add your address to your account." I spent 21 years as a senior executive at a web services company, but I guess all your other customers are smarter than me. Or they sit at desks with laptops rather than using mobile devices. Anyway, good job on the customer service. You might need less of it if your mobile website was better. "

It is a shame that even businesses that I have had a long history with, take advantage of American Consumers........I will be forwarding a complaint to the local level in Chattanooga for help in resolving this matter.....When the order was initially placed, NTC used my old profile address for shipping, to which I called almost immediately after placing the order, and supposedly the order was updated and se3nt for proof..........I have advised on at least 2 different occasions of my address being 2651 Poydras Street in New Orleans, LA 70119......According to USPS, there is no status since 02/03...I MEAN FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE: THEY EVEN SCREWED UP MY COMPANY NAME, as I have not been in real estate or Alabama since 2013 ......PERHAPS YOU ALL NEED TO HAVE CUSTOMERS CONFIRM ADDRESSES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER AS THE ADDRESS IS LISTED NOWHERE IN THE UMPTEEN EMAILS YOU ALL SEND OUT!

"I love Name Tag Country! Great service, fast shipping, very courteous and helpful on the phone. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to see what you are ordering. I called when ordering 18 tags, and the only way I could review was to pull each tag up, ask to change, and basically start over at the beginning. If you make a change, then it changes what number the tag is in the order, so I had to keep going back and forth to make sure I had them all. Annoying, but the product has always been great, the service is awesome and the shipping is fast. We have ordered for years, and will continue to do so."
