"I would highly recommend people not to buy from this website! Honestly the reviews are from the people themselves as customer reviews are really bad and low! They dont even have a review page on their website! With good faith i thought to order from them and give them a chance to proof the reviews wrong but that didnt happen! If i could put screenshots on here, i wouldve done that to show how pathetic their service is. They are not customer focused at all ! I ordered a watch for my cousins birthday well ahead giving them 8-9 days to process and ship. Everyday i would check the status of the order which didnt change til the 3rd or 4th day . I buy alot online so i know any customer focused and honest company doesnt take this long. Their excuse , they have large number of orders to process well buying from websites such as adidas or nike dont take that long and i am sure they have more orders to process! But i kept chatting with them because thats the only way to do so, and i was promised i would get my order by last week . Great because i also recieved an email on wednesday or thursday to say my order was with the courier and it had the tracking number! I was all happy and excited, weekend came and i had nothing to give to my cousin for her birthday! Today i recieved a dishonest, ridiculous and disappointing email! This is what they had to say : This is Tanya from NZ Watch Store. I am writing this to let you know that your order had been held back as the dispatch team noticed a minor fault in the back seal of the watch and decided not to ship the product. An immediate requisition was sent to Manufacturer/supplier to procure the same as we did not have any more in stock. The watch was to be shipped to you directly to save time and to be delivered to you by Friday. We just received a note from them that the same cannot be fulfilled due to a stock issue. Our sincere apologies for the same. We would request you to either change your order to some other watch that you may like or you may let us know if you would like to opt for a refund.
Once again our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
Well if the order was with the courier they said then how did the dispatch team find the fault! So they obviously lie about the status of the order! They clearly stated that the order was with the courier, (We've got some good news! All of the items from order #NZWS15-167298 is with Courier for delivery tomorrow.) so today they say this :/ doesnt make any sense! Just proves that they are such liars !
They casually told me that it wasn't deliberate and werent offering anything but $20, $20 for all the inconvenience they caused after saying i will take them to fair go! I also thought okay il be happy if they sent the order within this week . Now they said they couldnt promise anything and might take next week. So no thanks thats enough damage caused. I have never experienced such bad customer service ! I am not one to write reviews or complain so this goes to show how bad it was!
They also without my request said okay we will refund your money and if they could help me with anything else.
I asked for a manager and again someone behind the computer was pretending to be one but said his the service team leader named by Nigel Fort! Nigel was no help at all and was just as rude ! I have all the proof and only if i could put screenshots on here!
But please dont be another me and give them a chance, pay a little extra and buy else where or buy something else cause they are a waste of time !!!!

Don't do it, don't use them, go elsewhere.
For genuine customer reviews, use the filter to view the lowest scoring reviews and you'll see many, many genuine reviews about how terrible this company is. They have drowned out the true reviews with their own fake 5 star reviews.
Your watch will probably not turn up. They will send you daily emails about your order, the final email will say your order has been shipped and then all communication will stop. You will not get a tracking number. You can not phone them. Your emails will be responded to with automatic replies. Their "chat" option on the website will always be offline. Their Facebook page has no option for you to post feedback to it. I commented on a watch and they blocked me from their FB page. They will literally ignore you, and then for every negative feedback you give online they will put up three fake positive feedback stories as to appear genuine.
I have reason to believe that this company is not a NZ business at all - there is a postal address in Tauranga, but the business is actually carried out oversea (India?)
