Don't buy here

"I bought some products but 2 days later I got an e-mail where they said the order was cancelled and I was goint to get a refund.
But I have received 20 euros back less than what I paid.
It's an untrustful website, really crappy. I will never use it again, and you should do the same.

Awful!!

"I ordered a custom jersey for my nephew and they said it shipped when it never did I waited for a month. And nothing. I called they said they would ship a new one but instead they refunded it for me and now the jersey wont come and I needed because its my nephews birthday present which happens to be this weekend "

"I was scared offering from them from all the bad reviews but it came fast and the sweater I got is great! The only thing that was a tad bad is that they didn't send me a confirmation email, but that only took an email from me to get it.

Slow Delivery

"Product (a t-shirt) was fine and as advertised. The delivery is extremely slow -- it's almost as if they ask FedEx to purposely hold the package. If you order, allow about 10 days to receive your order.

It seems that the NBA and other sports leagues, as well as many universities, outsource their on-line sales to Fanatics, so if you want a very specific item, this is your only choice. Too bad.

"I ordered my granddaughter a Jersey. It was a bit small so I sent it back to get a credit so I could order a bigger size. Because I had ordered it with Deladova and number 8 they said it was a custom order. They would not give me a credit or my money back Or the Jersey back. They said they were sending it to a charity. So now I'm out 69.00 for the Jersey and my granddaughter is heartbroken. I live on a retirement income so buying another one is almost impossible. I doubt it went to a charity."

"I ordered a jersey for my son with delivery before Christmas. I received no shipping confirmation so checked the order status a few days later and it said my order had been refunded. They ran out of stock, did not notify me and then refunded my credit card. I found this out by calling and waiting for an extended period to talk to a customer service representative. They offered no compensation for the mistake via coupon etc. Very unprofessional and unreliable."

"Honestly, I don't know how this site has such bad reviews. FEDEX is the real problem lol. I ordered my item and fedex sent it but it has never arrived even though it says it has been delivered. I called the NBA store and was able to get a NEW package delivered free of charge and $10.00 credit! How amazing is that? The bad news is that I didn't want the package delivered to the previous address because of my past experience. The store contacted FedEx and informed them the new address. The next day I called FedEx and Fedex LIED saying they never recieved it. Then I called the NBA store AGAIN and they put in a memo to tell FedEx to hold it at one of their notifications. I talked to a fedex agent the next day and they said they will hold it at one of their locations close by. The next day, fedex SENDS IT to the previous address and it got stolen again. The NBA store was nice enough to refund me as I vented out to them my frustration. Moral of the story - FedEx needs to GO! "

"I order R. Westbrook replica on the 17-11-2015, today i was asking where is my product and they told me that there was problem with my address and due to stock levels they need to refund my order. This is really unprofessional, they send me email on 19-11-2015 that my order was send to me on 18-11-2015, so they lied. The shirt was present for little boy for Christmas, he asked Santa for that and thanks to NBA Store scammers Sante will not deliver this year's present.
I understand problems with products but they should contact me and not wait 27 days. Another thing they lied in email that they send products to me!!!!!!
NBA STORE shame. Adam Silver should fire all the liars in NBA EUROPE

"Ordered an nba shirt for my son's birthday overnight on Nov 6 and still have not received. Have called three times and still no real answer of where it is. I always get to speak with a supervisor and told they will let me know when they figure out where the shirt is. That was now almost 3 weeks ago. Would recommend buying elsewhere!"

"Worst company ever...stay away...do not buy anything from them.... Ordered a jersey, paid for 2 day delievery. On the 3rd day I called because I was concerned, they said it was never shipped out. They offered to reimburse me for shipping and that it would arrive in 2 days. After 2 days, I called to check in again, they said they were suddenly out of stock of my item. I complained and pleaded my case...eventually a supervisor told me since I was a first time customer they would expedite the process and that my jersey would be overnighted free of charge...the next day came...I followed up again...they told me the order wouldn't arrive for 5 days. The supervisor said they could issue a partial refund of 30%....I told them that was ridiculous and I simply canceled my entire order and got my money back...In sum they lied to me 3 times, kept telling me it would come, took my money, put me on hold 50 times, and treated me with zero respect on the phone...this was one of the worst dealings I've ever had with a company."

"Upon reading all the reviews, it made me worry that I will have the same fate. I ordered a jersey and paid $74.31 including shipping last April 27, 2015. Until now I haven't received anything nor heard from them except wait until May 29 only then I can inquire.
Does this site is real or hoax? and I don't know how NBA is tolerating this kind of service.

"I ordered a Stephen Curry All Star Game for my son's birthday on Feb 22nd on what I thought was an official NBA STORE.The price was 69,90€ plus 10 € for UPS shipping fees. I worried as i had no news of the parcel the next week, and saw my credit card had been charged with 86€ instead . When I clicked on the link to get news of the shipping all i had was a page with asian language. Finally i got a call from DHL and got my parcel, coming from Hong Kong, but had to pay an extra 22 € for VAT plus other shipping fees. Naturrally, the mails I sent to the "customer service" got no answers. I never had any invoice, nor any order confirmation with real legal mentions. Now I look closely and can see it is written in bad english ( I'm french but I can see that) and nothing can be found on the firm: no adress, no phone contact, no legal informations. The "report fraudulent NBAsites" down on the page is probably meant to reassure the customers, but you can click on it, nothing happens!
I had the jersey, my son had to wait and is happy, but it cost me nearly 30 € more than announced and I'd like to make sure nobody else gets fooled by this flase NBA shopping site.

"I placed an order for the Golden State Chinese New Year Jersey on Thursday. I received a confirmation order on Thursday. On Monday, I went to check my order status. It said "refunded", I checked my emails there was no other communication from NBAstore.com and I checked my credit card balance... there was no refund. I ask to speak to online chat via their website. They said there was a "system error", and that they could ship me my order. Seconds later they said they were out of stock (these jerseys are currently out of stock everywhere, sadly I wasn't surprised). They then said they could offer me a refund... WAIT A SECOND... the order status already said "refunded". I asked to have a manager call me and provided my phone number. They never called me back. I still don't know what the real issue was, why they were lying to me or why they were trying to steal my money.

This is just a warning to everyone with a "refunded" status order, I would check your statements and made sure you got a refund. For a company as large as the NBA to be scamming it's customers trying to advertise their brand, this whole event seems ridiculous.

"I ordered a jersey for my husband for Christmas with his name put on it for $120. My husband is a size L borderline XL. The jersey I received was absolutely huge! We held it up to a 2XL t shirt and they are about the same. I called customer service and explained there was no size chart that would indicate the jersey would be so large and was hoping for some type of customer service. My issue was not handled for almost 8 days after my complaint and not till I called three seperate times to speak with a manager. Instead I got an email saying there was nothing they could do because it was a custom jersey. Horrible service, horrible product I will not buy from them again."
