They were clearly charged before they arrived more than once and opened.
1. Contents were not in the usual order and were not the same in both items.
2.one of the silk bags is not the right size for this LELO ALIA Insignia
3.the charge opening is clearly being used enough that u can see it open.(usually when brand new the charger opening closes completely when the charger is removed.
4.the boxes are not in 100% new condition.
5. this would not be noticed by someone new to the LELO luxury brand, but anyone that has purchased this products before
will notice immediately.
6,Currently waiting for response from customer care to refund my money asap.
