"I ordered a 4 ch home security camera system. When I received it I installed it and the DVR did not function properly, I could not turn it off unless I unplugged it and I could not program it. I have made several telephone calls, sent several emails and when i did finally get a live person on the telephone she was rude and hung up on me. This company is totally unprofessional and cares little about customer service. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. "

"Horrible company. If you have a problem they wont take it back, or return your phone calls. I purchases a scanner and it came broken so I ordered a replacement and asked to send back the broken item. Its been 2 months and they refuse to issue a return. I understand that sometimes things come broken, but their refusal to communicate with me or honer my return request is wrong and a lousy way to do business. I told them I would write a bad review if they did not call me back. This review is a result of their actions. "

"I have bought 5 iphone 4g screens fromt them
Severel problem where happening.

1: It took a very long time before i recived my item

2: I have problem with 4 out of 5 of these. The home button got stuck i 4 out of the 5 screen.
I have sendt pictures and video that showes yhe problem.

3: And now the worst.

"i am currently on day 50 of waiting for my goods to arrive, i have been told that; because of Chinese new year it will be delayed, because of snow (there is none) it will be delayed, that it has been delivered! and yet still i am waiting, i have tried to ask for my money back and just get the answer no as it has been sent, but that i will get 10% discount on my next order as if i am that stupid to order with them again, and that when it arrives i will get $5 in compensation if i stop complaining. i have now had to take this to paypal who are taking this under investigation. so to anyone who is thinking to use them i advise you to stay as far away as you can, it is just one big scam and i dont want anyone else to fall for it like i have"
