"We love Ashley! She has a creative way of teaching our son the work. For example, our son likes to draw comics, so to see if he comprehends the vocabulary, she has him draw cartoons using the words. Our son responds to it well. Also our new teenager ( he's 13... ) is every bit a teenager, nothing excites him! My husband and I have to constantly work on his lack of motivation for his school work. So that is a challenge, but that does not deter Ashley, she just goes in with a smile and coaxing the motivation out of him. So, we're very grateful to have her. Thank you!"

"Colleen was very nice, but she had a lot of problems on her end with her internet connection. She was very eager to help but because of the connectivity problem, we spent most of the session unable for her to see my screen and advise me. I don't want her to have this reflective on her because she tried so hard to make it work and had a great attitude. however I don't feel like we were able to accomplish much due to this problem. she was given the wrong information by someone at the main company. she was told that I only wanted to do one hour a week which is not the case. she has a pretty full schedule and will not be able to work with me again for the next week and a half. she indicated that she may be able to squeeze in an hour here and there and we left our session with her getting back to me when her internet was working properly. I was told by the sales staff that I would be able to have sessions in one hour increments. colleen told me that she has to do 1&1/2 hour increments due to her billing ability via your company. I would like to know which is correct"
