AWFUL

"I ordered my product with a discount. I entered the code, I validated the purchase. They asked me for my password. The time I checked it the discount was cancelled, whereas the purchasing process was engaged. So I ,ve been obliged to buy it at the real price which was much more expensive !
I sent them an e-mail explaining the situation and my discontent but I never received a reply !!!
Moreover, a few days later I received a SMS informing that the delivery was delayed. I let you guess what would have occured if I had scheduled to travel.

Rubbish Customer service

"Customer service is absolutely rubbish. They do not provide any support for international delivery. Basically you are on you own even if your package delivery gets delayed over 1.5 months. They would just say, it is not their problem. Extremely bad service."

Another bad experience.

"My package was supposed to have arrived over a week ago. I checked tracking and it supposedly went back to the warehouse. I asked for a refund, or a new order sent by an express service. Their response was to re-send by the same method. By the time I get the product, I won't need it anymore as training season will be over. "

"Terrible customer service.. i cancelled order the day of, it shows cancelled on their site, but they ship 3 months later. Will not accept a return of items."

worst company I've ever dealt with

"We ordered a few bags of protein, and they weren't there after about a week. The last time we ordered through them it was faster, and checking the tracking showed two different tracking numbers for the two different carriers they use, and both said it to was in a different place. A few days later both numbers showed they were delivered, both to different states, neither of which was anywhere near the state I'm in. We opened a ticket and they said they have issues with their tracking, and said to wait 14 days before contacting them. We waited their 14 days, and contacted them again. They told us we have to print out a form, fill it out, sign it by hand, scan it, and email it back to them. This was an order that probably cost them $5-10, and asking customers to jump through ridiculous hoops because you can't ship a simple package right is insane. We told them there's no way we're doing that and they just need to reship it, they can very clearly see it didn't ship here. Every single time we said anything to them they replied with the same copied and pasted message about filling out the form for them, and they refuse to refund us. I run 3 companies and would fire anyone who treated a customer like this. It's so far from acceptable. It has now been a month since we ordered and we haven't gotten anything from them, and every time we ask them anything and they copy and paste that thing they close the ticket as completed. Absolutely appalling customer service, I'll never dream of using them again and will advise people against them every single time protein companies come up for the rest of my life."

"over past few years i have shopped with the company the service has gone down hill and their delivery company hermes are disgraceful. Most of my deliveries have been badlyy damaged and suspicious indeed. They also sell you things which will go out of date before you can use them under the heading, clearance items. Scanalous, spread the word. There are other companies out there which offer cheap deals also. Im still waiting for a refund from latest damaged shipment made dec 10th, they haggled over every penny, but have finally promised to refund. Im still waiting though so ffingers crossed as the item is returned. Initially they tried to give me £8 back of my £51, after seeing photos of products and emailing me return slips for the items. On another occasion they sent me a product which only had 1 month l;eft before expiry despite the product taking 2 months to consume following recommended daily dosage guidelines. They offered me 10 or 20% off as a "sign of god will" as they put it. Disgusting"

They have the best %100 peanut butter but the last 2 cans I received were cracked.
Great product but maybe it could be packed with little more care.

"Had a great experience with this company. I heard about them from a few friends that were wearing their clothing in the gym.

Was assured by their Quality, which i found test results for on Labdoor, great prices and insane selection of products. Can't really complain.

"Really bad customer service. Do not make business with them if care the quality of your products. I ordered big amount (44lbs) of whey protein from them and whole batch was expiring withing less than 6 months! They did not tell that on their product description page. Usually whey protein should last at least 2 years, if it is fresh."

"Don't bother with this company. If you purchase any of their products at a sale price, chances are you will be told they are sold out and the order is thus canceled...a few weeks later. How can they be sold out? They're a protein warehouse.

And the refund process is slow.
