"I placed my order March 31 2020. I still have not received the item I purchased. I have tried to call and email the company and have gotten no replies or answers. Filed dispute with credit card and still no response from company so thats big indication that this company is a Fraudulent company, scamming people during the pandemic because people cannot go to stores to get phone cases they have to order online, and this company claims to have great pricing. Great pricing only because you will never receive your item. Stay away from this company."

I have asked several times for a status and tried to call the phone number on their web site and it has a recording like it is disconnected. In this day and age customer service and communication is of utmost importance. If you can't do that right you won't last long. "

"Made a purchase from this website for a OnePlus 6T screen saver. I researched looking for a very specific style of case and their website's pictures showed exactly what I wanted for about $8. So, I ordered them. Here comes the B.S. Amazon delivered two phone cases (only ordered one) selling for $3. They are sub-grade and exactly what I didn't want. So, these people are Amazon resellers, cheats and thieves. I won't even bother returning them as its not worth my time.
I do suggest nobody purchase from them.. EVER!"
"First.. I love my phone wallet case. It is what I expected and I am happy with it. It did take two and a half weeks to receive it. I was ok with that too. What made me unhappy was that after receiving my confirmation and a thank you email I did not hear back again.
I had sent them an email after about ten days inquiring about a shipping timeframe But I did not hear back. I then got a 'it's shipped' email and then received it today (1 week). So it was not a long time to get it but it would have been nice to get a response to my email. Or letting one know that it would be about 3 weeks for you to receive it. Just be more responsive to the customer. "
