"Ordered 3 weeks ago. Still no car phone holder has arrived. Went to their "WHERE IS MY ORDER" Website band the web couldn't find it.
I'll say what everyone else is saying. I WISH I WOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT REVIEWS FIRST. 10.95 for holder and 5.95 for delivery. What a scam"

"So I ordered my products 5 days ago, 2 days went by of me waiting for a tracking number I even downloaded the "shop app" as well cause that is apparently the only way they can give you the tracking number. Nonetheless I still never got it through any platform, so I sent an email to the company's email address at that point. Now 2 more days go by and STILL I have not heard a single thing back. So I sent ANOTHER email, and yet again not a single email back or status update on my shipment, as well as still no tracking number. Come day 5, I finally get my case in the mail BUT they never sent me an email saying my "package has been delivered".
Because of that here comes the best part... When I opened my package, THEY ONLY SENT ME ONE OF THE 2 ITEMS I ORDERED. Now because there is no tracking number, and they do not keep you updated through email on your item being shipped, there is a chance someone could have stolen the other item cause it was sent in a different package on a different day, but I would not know cause again no tracking number or package status update.
With all the unprofessionalism provided by this company as well as them not sending it all in one package my guess is the company is just blatantly scamming me OR the 2nd item is going to come at a later date for whatever reason, but I wont know though BECAUSE THEY DONT SEND EMAILS OR KEEP THE CUSTOMER INFORMED. Either way no Company should put ANY of their customers in a situation like this.
If I could give this below 0 stars, I would give negative -10 potentially even lower. My experience with this company/website is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in any online service.

"I ordered the heavy duty shockproof iPhone XR Defender Case. It is completely inflexible and impossible to open up. Won’t do a very good job protecting my phone if I can’t get my phone in it. $11 case. If I return it, there’s a 15 to 20% restocking fee and I have to pay for shipping. So essentially I’m out $11 as I do not want to be inconvenienced and pay for nothing. I get more out of donating it."
