"I ordered a sign pole, mount, and bolts. The first shipment had half the bolts and the sign pole but not the mount. I let them know the mount and a bolt was missing. They sent the mount but not the bolt. I'm just going to buy the remaining bolt from the hardware store, it's not worth dealing with them agian."

"Signs are good but to get text to work to customize sign is a nightmare. can't change size of individual lines of font. All are linked. takes forever and still not fully satisfied as can't chnage spaing between lines. Auto correct does not work etc...
Upgraded review to 4 stars from three as the sign arrived very quickly (2 days) and they had improved the text layout (which I asked them to do). Sign is excellent and good value."
