I thought I had gotten out of the MyChoice, which, by the way, shouldn't even be an option if it is not supported. So, now I have two charges on credit card, one for MyChoice and one for Office 365. Ended up calling Microsoft support after Activation would not happen because message said that activation code had already been used. I believe it is finally working and is activated. "I would recommend My Choice Software solutions for Microsoft Office licensing. I had a Microsoft license through my employer and when I retired I had to purchase a new home license. I ran into a little trouble because the new office installation was conflicting with the previous installed Windows software. After I removed the previous installed Windows software the new Click-to-Run version installed properly. I did run into a problem entering the Product Key using the internet validation (it said it was already being used on a computer) but this was easily resolved by going back and validating the Product Key over the phone. It would have only taken about 20 minutes from purchasing the product to fully installed if I didn't run into the above problems. MyChoice Software Solutions was very responsive to my email (about 20 minutes - I was multitasking and couldn't reach out via telephone) and resolved my issues promptly and professionally. "
