"These ppl are SUPER FRAUDULENT!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS ONLINE STORE!!!! I ordered by dress 09/02/14 and was promised by "Mike" via email since that is the only way I contact someone because they don't have a contact number that my dress was being shipped 09/22/14 but that there was a problem with customs which was obviously a lie. I contacted DHL and they informed me that the waybill was created but there was never a shipment scheduled. Then I emailed "Mike" again and informed him of what DHL told me. After that, "Mike" told me via email 10/03/14 that I should be receiving it shortly that there were some issues with DHL and that he would follow up. Thanking me for being patient. Today 10/17/14 was my breaking point!!!! I called DHL again and they informed me the same. That the waybill had been created but that the shipment was never scheduled for a pickup. The DHL rep let me know that they have heard of the same issue with this company from other customers. She advised that I just call my bank and try to get my money back because it was obvious that they are doing FRAUD with their customers. My last email today, 10/17/14, to "Mike" went as follows: -- Listen, I spoke to DHL again and they have assured me that you have not scheduled a pick up for my order. Either you give me my dress now or I will let every person with internet know how unrealiable and fraudulent your company is. I will make sure that everyone I know and their accquaintances know not to ever purchase anything from your company because all you do is lie to your customers and promise and delivery date when you have not even shipped out my dress. I am calling my credit card company and informing them of the fraud that is going on with you guys! I'm getting my money or my dress. One way or another...so if I were you I suggest you figure it out. The representative I spoke to at DHL even tried checking to see if my shipment was under another waybill and it is not. She also informed me that once a pick up is scheduled it would only take 2 business days to receive my shipment. So, by you telling me that you spoke to DHL and they said it would ship out in a couple of days shows me that you are a LIAR!!!!!!! -- I intend 100% for everyone out there to know that this company is fraudulent and is just out to get your money. They were quick to take that money out the next day but they are just full of empty promises!!! NEVER buying from this company EVER AGAIN!!!!!!"

"Dress received was entirely different than the photo depicted on the website. The bodice was extremely short. Instead of a "dropped V-waist," the bodice abruptly ends almost immediately under the bust.

In addition, the flowers were sewn on the dress, instead "accented with a band." There was no band at all.

Customer service is terrible. They are ignoring our complaint. They claim that as a business they can only respond to complaints if the there is problem with size/color.

But the website states "Guaranteed Best Fit." The dress does NOT fit at all. The bodice is so narrow that the child has no room to move her arms.
