"Ordered product 4 days ago, called multiple times and always get machine. Leave a message and no one returns call. Used their chat feature at multiple times during the day and no one is ever available. Sent them emails asking for status on order and no reply. Haven't received my order yet and it will probably be a nightmare cancelling my oder with them. Go with another company, the home security superstore has more products and 90 return policy while my-spycam has a measly 3 day return. Will never order from this company and I highly recommend you look somewhere else."
