"I don't know much about computers but I thought I had a virus. I went online to see who I could get to help me the fastest. Fortunately, I found a remote site, My Nerds, and called them. The man I reached by phone, Greg Collins, was patient and thorough beyond belief. I let him have remote control of my computer. He worked for several hours, late into the night, to make sure I was happy with how everything worked. He ran several virus scans, deleted old files and programs, checked my ability to use a specific program on my (old) computer, and gave me confidence that everything would be OK. Online and by phone I asked him several more questions after he had done what I had hired him to do. He graciously helped me out; i.e. above and beyond what he was supposed to do. Amazing patience!
I am recommending him to my 82 year old mother and my friends who are as computer illiterate as I am. I have his Icon on my home screen and his number in speed dial.
I can't compare his prices because I don't know what over three hours of repair time would have cost with someone else. I felt the amount I paid was worth the price.
