"Bought a Denon AVR-2805 from them, based on a friend's recommendation. The price at Mydigitaluniverse was within a few dollars of the rest of the non-authorized places. I recieved an e-mail confirmation of my order, but no additional "item has shipped" e-mail nor a tracking number. Nevertheless, my reciever showed up 3 days later. It was as described (new in box) and works fine.
I didn't get a call back attempting an upsell or anything, perhaps because I ordered an extended warranty from the get go. Shipping prices were as advertised. Paperwork for the extended warranty showed up about a month after I ordered, without any additional prompting on my part. Maybe that aspect is just slow.
On the whole, I'd say they're a competent cut-rate reseller. I didn't get any of the Amazon frills, or even basic ecommerce standards like a tracking number, but they delivered the product quickly, at a very low price with no fuss. That's what I wanted."

It had been a full week after I ordered the item. I called them and spoke to a person who stated that the item was discontinued and not in stock. He then proceeded to try and sell me a more expensive Pioneer headunit. They never sent me a notice that my order was cancelled. Buyer beware when ordering from this merchant. I will never order anything from them again. Horrible cutomer service and no communication. "
