"My order got seized by customs, and while the customer service was good, I was still out $250 and didn't have any cigars to show for it. Eventhough they claim to guarantee delivery all over their website, they do not offer an option to reship cigars if they are seized. They refund your cc 50% of the purchase price and send you on your way. Sounds like others have had some luck with getting their cigars from this comany, unfortunately I am not one of them.
Addendum (07/17/2012)...Just recieved my cigars and they are as good if not better than expected, a thing of absolute beauty! It only took 4 days from Switzerland for them to get to Northwest US. I was just down in Cabo and couldn't find these cigars, yet Sonya and My-Cuban-Cigars.com were just able to ship this limited production cigar right to my door. I have no question in my mind that they are 100% authentic and they reshipped them as a thank you for giving some customer feekback. "Ordered from my Cuban cigar the package came in five days and in perfect condition and smoked just like the Cuban I got in a LCDH great customer service got three comformation emails .I did my research about seals and packging and all were perfect watermark was present on warranty seal under black light, stamp on back of box was seared in not stamped all the correct writings were in the seal under a magnified had warranty paper in box all cigars were uniform in color size and shape with triple caps. I even cut one open and the tabacco was folded all one big piece accordion style fold, frim to the touch no soft spots and of course the taste was spot on. I will be ordering alot more"
