Both seem to be in perfect quality, craftsmanship, the actual cable is the satin soft type which bend eaily and are nice to the look and touch. "Well I found this company through Google while looking for some particular ribbon cables. These guys had them at the the right price as well as cheap shipping through the Post Office.

I ended purchasing 4 18" single device ribbon cables that I was going to use on a computer project. I ordered on a Tuesday they supposedly shipped them out same day. I tried using the USPS site to see if they did ship the cables but the tracking number came up with nothing.

Tried the next evening, lo and behold they shipped out Wednesday. No big deal though I wish they would not have made it seem as if they shipped the day before. I received the package that Saturday.

Next I open the package to find that they had only sent 3 of the 4 cables ordered and subbed the 4th with an 18" dual device cable. Needless to say I was upset with the fact that they subbed a cable I needed with the type of cable that I have a dozen or so lying around without an email or a phone call.

I then fired off an email to customer service and got a reply within 24 hours. I knew it was not worth returning a $2 cable so I was not even going to try. I asked them if they were willing to fix the situation and they offered to send the correct cable free of charge as well as telling me not to ship the incorrect back to them.

Though I had a minor problem with my order I'm pretty satisfied with my order from them and will check out their store the next time I need cables. "
