"Would like to see more of your signs in my life"

"I placed an order to (5) 10' X 14" OSHA signs for our HOA's new retaining walls on 7/7/23 and as of today 7/23/23 I still do not have them. According to them the first order which shipped on 7/8 and arrived at UPS facility in Oklahoma City 7/11 is lost and on 7/18 a replacement order was to be shipped Rush delivery, however the CS did not tell me that I would be getting an email to proof the second order and the email did not arrive until 7/21/23 and apparently they went ahead and shipped it on the 7/20 and it is supposed to arrive tomorrow 7/24. These signs need to be placed on the wall in order to keep children and others off the wall. Very frustrating and I have several of our 32 home owners who are rather upset about this. "
