"Buyer Beware,
In stock does not mean in stock. Placed order, my credit card was immediately charge, received invoice in email, THEN NOTHING. When i called them 7 days later they said inventory is updated every 24-48 hours, so it must have sold out during that time. So i asked why it still shows in stock, no answer. She said shipping should have called me, so i asked why they hadn't? Again no answer. I asked for credit to be immediately put on my Credit card so she passed me to Customer service manager Mike. Mike said he would put credit in system immediately, so I asked him for the authorization number on the credit. He said to hold on and then put me back in the menu prompt of the phone system. I then had to call back and got same woman who said Mike just put thru the credit and I should have an email in my in box, so I checked. I did see I had a email with the credit invoice so I said thank you and hung up. But that was not the end of it, I checked my credit card 3 days later and still no credit. I wound up calling my credit card company to protest the charge.

"The lamp on my BenQ p7800 went out and after doing some searching and reading reviews on this site, I chose MyProjectorLamps.com. Their prices beat BenQ's by about $100, however they don't sell genuine BenQ parts, but they claim to have the same quality. The first lamp we received caused the projector to overheat. It was exchanged for a new one with no problems and it works great (so far). The only complaints I have is when I needed to exchange the lamp I did not receive a reply to the message I left with customer service or the email I sent. It wasn't until I got someone on the phone that I was assisted. Also, processing/shipping is very slow! It took about 2 weeks to do the exchange. The whole process, from ordering the first lamp to getting the second one that worked took about a month. Thats a little slow for me. Overall, its a good company and all my issues were resolved. If their customer service was a little more on the ball and logistics were smoothed out, I'd give them 5 stars."

"Needed a spare UHP lamp for my Sony VPL-VW60 projector. I checked-in with the staff initially to confirm that the bulbs they sell are brand new --they are; and found the staff at MyProjectorLamps to be responsive and courteous. Two days later, the projector bulb was delivered to my home. Smooth, no fuss service; and their pricing, with taxes and shipping included, are very cometitive (I did my homework in advance). I'll be back to MyProjectorLamps when the need arises, and won't hesitate to recommend this organization."

"Horrible experience! Its been 6 weeks and I've been sent the wrong lamp 2x! I'm out $350 so far and no lamp or refund to date! I have to file credit card claim! I'm also out return costs! Never again. Poor website, poor tools, "flippant" customer service. Also, I found the lamp cheaper today!!!!!!!!!"
