"I am an event planner and a client of mine purchased some concession take-out boxes for a movie-themed retirement party. The website clearly states 2-3 business days for shipping. After 10 days, we contacted the company and a shipping label was generated but as of today, the package has not been placed with UPS. We were told that UPS is having issues with its website (upon contacting UPS, I was told this is not true). The party is in two days and we still have not received our order. I have left two phone messages and two messages via email. Despite their posted hours on their website as being Monday-Friday 9-5, no one has answered the phone all day. Terrible customer service and based on other reviews here, it doesn't look like there is anything positive to be said about this company. I'll re-post when I find out if I have to start a chargeback with the credit card company to get a refund."

"We ordered a can opener that stated it was made in USA on the site. We received a cheap made in China thing. Sent it back after a lot of difficulty getting a Return Authorization because they could not read or write in English very well. No refund yet, it has been months. We keep getting "thank you for your patience" emails even though I have replied that I lost my patience a long time ago. As another reviewer stated, stay clear of this overseas sham of a company."

"I ordered a replacement door for my popcorn machine and recieved an email saying that it would ship in 2-3 business days and it's been a week and still no confirmation that it has been shipped. I called the number provided and was told that they would contact meonce talking to the warehouse and 6 hours later nothing. I tried calling back at same number numerous times just to hve the phone hung up on me. If you know whats good for you do not deal with this company, it will be the bioggest mistake of your life."

"Stay clear of this overseas sham of a business! ordered a sno-cone machine from the website. They had some machines that clearly indicated you needed to purchase both the ice shaver and the display box. The item I ordered had not such disclaimer and the picture and discription indicated I would be purchasing both pieces. The ice shaver came within a few days of placing the order. I called to find out when the display case would be shipped and was told I needed to talk to the "concerns" department. It has taken three weeks for the "concerns" department to tell me the display case was not a part of the purchase. They are now refusing to send me a return shipping label (expecting me to pay for it) and state they will be charging a 10% restocking fee. Not only is their website misleading, but trying to talk to them and corresponding through emails has been difficult. It would be best to avoid this company!"

"I would recommend staying away from this merchant. I purchased a sno cone machine from mypopcornmachine.com on July 2nd 2009. I canceled the order because of the item not being in stock. They said that was fine and that my card would not be charged. Big surprise it was and I have made many attempts to get a refund and have run into a brick wall. It is impossible to talk with anyone in the refund department. Very frustrating experience."
