"On 3-24-11, I purchased a few accessories for my 2007 Nissan Maxima from an internet website called MyNissanParts.com also known as Trophy Nissan in Mesquite, Texas. All items purchased were immediately charged to my credit card. I received an email that same day from the merchant indicating that my order would ship 1-3 business days. On 4-4-11 and 4-5-11, I sent an email to this merchant indicating I didn't receive 3 out of the 4 items purchased. I got no response from either email I sent. On 4-8-11, I contacted the merchant by phone. The rep acknowleged that they made a mistake by not shipping the remaining items on the order. He said he would ship out those items right away. I received 2 more items a week later. On 4-25-11, I contacted the merchant by phone regarding 1 item was still not delivered. This was a different rep and he apologized for the error and said he would ship the last item by Fedex nexy day shipment. On 5-31-11, I contacted the merchant again (3rd phone call) to let them know I still didn't receive my last item. This rep couldn't determine what happen and said he would email me or call me back that day. I never received a follow up. At this point, my patience is worn out and decided to seek a refund. By the way, the last item that has been so difficult to get was a windshield sunshade. As a side note, I had done some research on this company before I placed my order and saw some bad comments in various nissan forums on the internet but I thought I would take a chance figuring maybe it was bad management in the past. Well it seems nothing has changed with this dealer. I can only conclude they don't care about their online customers. Needless to say I will not make any future purchases with this merchant again. I had planned on purchasing more stuff for my Maxima but not anymore."
